Write and produce four tracks for an artist in pre-album development. Fee per track plus producer points on the master, with your publishing share intact.

What you would own

Write with the artist in session, not by sending beats and hoping.
Produce, track, and deliver mixes ready for a mastering engineer.
Hand over stems and session files at delivery.

What we need to see

Released work you produced, with your role credited.
A room you can track vocals in, or a studio budget we agree.
Willing to split composition rather than argue about it later.

How the money works

Engagement: Contractor
Paid: Paid per accepted milestone, within 7 days of acceptance
Market: Nigeria — Africa/Lagos
Structure: Fee + royalty
Royalty: 3 producer points on master revenue

Deliverables

You deliver four mastered tracks with stems.

Four finished tracks, mixed and mastered
Stems and session files for each track
One alternate radio edit per track

Milestone payments

1. Demos approved20% · $500

4. Masters accepted20% · $500

Each milestone is invoiced on written acceptance, within 7 working days per mix, and paid within seven days of that. If the acceptance window passes with no written response, the milestone counts as accepted and becomes payable.

Rights, credit and cancellation

Rights: Label owns the master; you keep 50% of the composition
Credit: Producer and writer credit on all releases and metadata
Portfolio: Streaming and showreel use from release day
Kill fee: 50% of the fee for any track already tracked
Window: Four tracks over 10 weeks

Rights transfer on payment of the final milestone, not on delivery. Until then the work is yours. Your credit and your right to show the work survive the engagement.
