Take a shipped product off our studio bench and run its front end: the marketplace listing pages, the buyer dashboard, and the co-founder flow. You will be the second engineer on it, not the twentieth.

What you would own

  • Own the React front end of one live product, including its release cadence.
  • Work directly with the studio designer on flows already in production.
  • Keep the accessibility and performance budget honest as the surface grows.
  • Write the handover notes that let the next buyer run the app without us.

What we need to see

  • Four or more years in production React, with a portfolio we can open.
  • Comfortable owning decisions without a manager in the room.
  • Available for four hours of overlap with New York, on WAT.

Apply for this role

One screening question, and an acknowledgement that you have read the terms. Nothing else — no account needed to apply.

This decides which agreement applies and how you are paid.

Where you actually work from.

Say a number. It is not held against you.

We only list countries a payout rail reaches. If yours is missing, write to hello@tempandmajor.com — that is ours to fix, not a judgement about you.

Portfolio, repository, showreel — whatever shows the work.

A manager reads this before anything else. Specifics beat enthusiasm.

Acknowledge the terms to continue.
