Keep the remote side of the studio running: contracts out on time, onboarding on schedule, payouts reconciled, probation reviews never late.
What you would own
- Run onboarding and offboarding checklists end to end.
- Chase the documents nobody enjoys chasing.
- Reconcile the monthly payout run with the finance lead.

- Two years coordinating people or operations.
- Detail habits that survive a busy week.

Probation
- Length
- 90 days from your start date

- 85% of the full stated rate
