Run acquisition experiments for two apps on the marketplace. Paid, organic, and partnerships, with a real budget and a weekly number to move.
What you would own
- Plan and run four experiments a month against a stated growth target.
- Own the reporting the studio reviews on Mondays.
- Brief the designer on creative rather than making it yourself.
What we need to see
- Evidence of moving a signup or revenue number, not impressions.
- Fluent with analytics tooling and spreadsheets.

Probation
- Length
- 90 days from your start date
- Rate
- 85% of the full stated rate
- Check-ins
- Written, at day 30, day 60 and day 90
- Notice
- 7 days either side

- Confirmation or exit, in writing. If no decision is recorded by the end of day 90, you are confirmed automatically.
